The Sad Truth

I feel like this is it for me. My heart is killing me, so do my ribs. When I breathe, shooting pain goes up into my shoulder and neck. Laying down hurts. Breathing is hard. And the worst part is my X-rays of my ribs didnt find anything. I took two extra strength pills but they’re only half working. I hope I feel better tomorrow
